Quantscope builds enterprise data pipeline software: ingestion, verification, retrieval, and evaluation. The four modules on this site are the platform. It already runs in production: a customer review analysis product and a natural language property search product both run on it today.

No line item for advice. The fee covers the work and the thinking behind it.
Background IP stays with Quantscope
Platform, pipeline, tooling and general improvements. Foreground may assign to the client. Quantscope retains a non-exclusive right to use results in its own products.
Exclusivity flagged and never conceded
Any competitor restriction, including one buried inside a non-solicit, is flagged at heads-of-terms and never conceded.
